We live in an era in which nobody has enough time and everything is getting increasingly faster. The pressure level rises ever higher from all sides and the flood of information is constantly increasing. Many of us feel stressed, exhausted and without control. We work. We let ourselves be seduced time and again by the endless possibilities of the Internet, by the progress of technology and the lack of time. We are overwhelmed and scattered. Until the barrel overflows and we are reminded, usually through our health, that something is going wrong, then we must STOP. But it does not even need to come to that.
The admission ticket for all these scenarios is provided by our thoughts. Many of these thoughts are neither conscious to us, nor are they useful for our lives, but we often do not realize that. Meditation gives you access to your subconscious. Over 95% of the things you think and do every day are controlled by your subconscious. Become an observer of yourself and use the effectiveness of meditation in several ways: slow down your everyday life, recharge your batteries and rewrite old habits so that your goals and wishes can be realized as quickly as possible.
The interaction of these three components has the consequence that your life changes sustainably. If you get to know your mind & body better, use its potential effectively and internalize it, you will become rich in quality of life and well-being.
Tailored to your previous experience and wishes, I recommend the combination of all three areas. In this way you achieve the greatest possible benefit for your life.
